Commercial buildings maintenance to prevent water damage

This is a commercial building in Brampton, Ontario. Maintenance facility called SERVPRO of Richmond Hill over the weekend for emergency service

Most of the commercial buildings wasn't occupied during pandemic. Accordingly we, SERVPRO of Richmond Hill received several emergency calls regarding pipe burst or sprinkler faults. Since buildings was empty, it was some delays to identify the issue and contact emergency services.

In order to prevent secondary damage to the building and contents, make sure commercial buildings have on call maintenance that check the building regularly.
