Mold growth in the commercial/industrial unit after water damage. Moisture content caused fungi growth all over the place.
When water and moisture or water leakage finds its way behind walls and underpadding, mold and Fungai will begin to grow when the relative humidity are over 50% for long period of time!
It is important to ensure that all water and moisture is removed after any water loss, small of big. All the water must extracted and set up drying equipment to bring the relative humidity and moisture content to standard level per IICRC-S-500 and S-520.
